Police logs for Aug. 4, 2023

The reports below were provided by the sheriff’s office or police department indicated. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

July 26

Report of alcohol stolen from a business in the 1100 block of Basin Street Southwest.

July 28

Report of a two-vehicle non-injury collision at Basin Street and First Avenue Northwest.

Report of a package stolen from a residence in the 700 block of J Street Southeast.

Report of a cart full of food stolen from a business in the 1300 block of Nat Washington Way. Subjects were contacted while leaving the store.

July 30

Report of theft from a business in the 500 block of C Street Southwest.

July 31

Report of two vehicles prowled. Unknown subjects cut locks off the vehicles and stole numerous tools.

Aug. 1

Report of an attempted vehicle prowl on H Street Northeast. Unknown subject appears to have used a tool and damaged the vehicle attempting to gain access. Nothing was taken.

Diane Carol Williamson, 59, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Michael Douglas Kluth, 38, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree burglary and third-degree theft, as well as a Grant County District Court warrant relating to third-degree theft.

Tiffany Amanda Long, 41, Soap Lake, booked on a Grant County District Court warrant relating to DUI.

Josue Lino, 28, Moses Lake, booked on attempted residential burglary and second- and third-degree malicious mischief.

Kolby Kenneth Burck, 29, Ephrata, booked on residential burglary and disorderly conduct.

July 28

Tommy Joe Salinas, 33, Moses Lake, booked on felony fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, as well as Grant County District Court warrants relating to fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, DUI, physical control and first-degree driving with license suspended.

July 29

John R. Wheeler Ditto, 43, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence and second-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence.

Kyle Rich Childress, 38, Moses Lake, booked on violation of a no-contact order.

Melquiades Manuel Benavidez, 18, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence and second-degree assault – domestic violence.

Madison Freedom Thomas, 25, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, as well as Grant County District Court warrants relating to fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, third-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence, third-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespass.

Alejandro H. Rodriguez, 36, Othello, booked on violation of a no-contact order.

Aug. 1

Jacob Ryan Schinzler, 28, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.

Nathaniel David Shane Parker, 29, Moses Lake, booked on third-degree theft, as well as a Grant county District Court warrant relating to third-degree theft.

Romeyo Marquce Wilturner, 25, Kent, booked on a Grant County Superior Court warrant relating to assault by watercraft and third-degree assault.

Aug. 2

Wayne Richard Hauser, 34, Quincy, booked on felony eluding and third-degree driving with license suspended, as well as Grant County District Court warrants relating to third-degree driving with license suspended, failure to transfer title withing 45 days, making false statements to a public servant, no valid operator’s permit without ID and failure to stop/give information/obey an officer.
